THC Beverage Sales

A law requires each liquor or beer wholesaler permittee to pay a $1 fee for every THC-infused beverage they sell.

Each liquor or beer wholesaler permittee must report the number of THC-infused beverages sold to a package store permittee and pay $1 for each THC-infused beverage sold in the preceding six-month period.
