Regional Service Sharing Grants To Councils Of Governments

Pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes Sections 4-66r and 4-66k, the Office of Policy and Management distributes regional services grants (RSG) to councils of governments (COGS) from the regional performance incentive account. The Secretary approves the spending plan for each COG before an RSG award is executed. Allowable spending categories include: comprehensive planning, regional services and municipal technical support. Statutes dictate the distribution formula which has changed over time. The data set lists awards to COGs from 2014 through present.
