Annual Construction Report from the Department of Economic and Community Development, including new housing authorizations and demolitions by town.

Data from 1997-2017 are from the U.S. Census Bureau. Data from 2018-2021 are from the U.S. Census Bureau and were reviewed and approved by municipalities. Data from 2022 onward were collected through a survey to municipalities administered by the CT Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD).
