Prescription Monitoring Program: CT Prescribers Who Prescribed Controlled Substances II - V

This provides the number of CT prescribers who prescribed a controlled substance drug schedule II -V. In CT, only prescribers who posses an active controlled substance registration (CSP) & DEA number are allowed to prescribed a controlled substance.
