The Disability Case Review is a post-effectuation quality review of administrative law judge (ALJ) disability hearing decisions. This dataset includes results from these case reviews for fiscal year (FY) 2009 through 2015. The data is at the national level and shows agreement rate for favorable decisions and the agreement rate for unfavorable decisions.
