DPS Non-Conforming Use Certificates

This dataset contains a list of DPS Non-Conforming Use Certificates. The term “non-conforming” applies to a land use which existed prior to the establishment of the zoning in a geographic area, or a change in zoning which makes the use no longer in compliance with the Zoning Ordinance.
