This dataset contains County lease listing - including both County as the tenant or as the landlord. The support documents for each lease expense are listed on the MCG DGS webpage ExpenseAgreements (montgomerycountymd.gov) at https://www.montgomerycountymd.gov/DGS/ORE/ExpenseAgreements.html; documents for lease revenue are on the RevenueAgreements (montgomerycountymd.gov) webpage at https://www.montgomerycountymd.gov/DGS/ORE/RevenueAgreements.html.
