Louisville Metro KY - LJCET Conservation Easements

LJCET is the Louisville/Jefferson County Environmental Trust. The Trust holds conservation easements on certain properties in Jefferson County and parts of Oldham County. LJCET periodically inspects the conserved properties to ensure that the conservation objectives are being maintained. This feature class documents where the easements are located, when they were visited in past years, and the source of the easement.

YCoord	Y Coordinate of the centroid of the polygon, in State Plane Kentucky North 1601
Latitude	Y Coordinate of the centroid of the polygon, in Decimal Degrees
Longitude	X Coordinate of the centroid of the polygon, in Decimal Degrees
DB	Deed Book in which the easement deed was recorded
PG	Page of the Deed Book in which the easement deed was recorded
EasementID	Internal identification number of the easement, used by Office of Planning
MgingInst	Managing Institution
Visit2022	Date the easement received a monitoring visit in 2022
Visit2023	Date the easement received a monitoring visit in 2023
Visit2024	Date the easement received a monitoring visit in 2024
Shape_Area	Area of the easement polygon in square feet (internal field)
Shape_Length	Length of the perimeter of the polygon in linear feet (internal field)
ObjectID	Internal identification number of the easement, used by ArcGIS
