Louisville Metro KY - APCD Asbestos Removal Permits

These are permits and courtesy notifications for the removal of asbestos-containing materials from structures in Louisville/Jefferson County, Kentucky, issued by the Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District.

Data Field Guide:

PermitNumber -- Identifying number for the permit.

RecordType -- Type of record identified in Louisville Metro’s Permitting system.

SubType -- Type of asbestos removal work being performed.

ApplicationStatus -- The current status of the application.

ScheduledStartDate -- Date asbestos removal is scheduled to start.

ScheduledEndDate -- Date asbestos removal is scheduled to end.

PermitName -- Identifying number for the permit.

PermitDescription -- What is being permitted.

TotalACM -- The total amount of Asbestos Containing Materiel(ACM) that is being removed from the permitted location.

AsbestosContractor -- Contractor performing the asbestos removal.

WasteHauler -- Company hualing the asbestos away from the removal site and delivering it to the Disposal site.

DisposalSite -- Facility or location where the asbestos will be disposed.

StreetAddress -- The address of the facility named in the permit.

City -- The city of the facility named in the permit.

State -- The state of the facility named in the permit.

ZIP -- The zip code of the facility named in the permit.

Longitude -- The longitude of the facility named in the permit.

Latitude -- The latitude of the facility named in the permit.

PermitType -- The top-level type of permit being issued. (This report only contains Industrial permits.)

PermitSubtype -- The type of application the permit is being used for within the broad permitting area. (This report only contains operating subtype permits.)

PermitCategory -- The category of permit referenced (This report only contains the category of permits.)
