Sources: Mathematica analysis of (1) Quality Measure Reporting (QMR) system reports, (2) Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Wide-ranging Online Data for Epidemiologic Research (CDC WONDER) data; and (3) National Core Indicators (NCI) data submitted by states to the National Association of State Directors of Developmental Disabilities Services (NASDDDS) and the Human Services Research Institute (HSRI) (The NCI National Team) through the Online Data Entry System (ODESA).
