Overlay Areas 2016

Overlay zoning modifies the standards of the base zoning within a defined geographic area. This dataset represents the boundaries of the current overlay areas under the Zoning Regulations of 2016, as amended. Overlay and base zone naming structure reintroduced to ZR16 by Zoning Commission Order No. 18-16/19-27-19-27B, effective 8/25/2023.
