3.23 Right Of Way Landscape Maintenance (summary)

Annual Community Survey data summary for Right of Way (ROW) Landscape Maintenance survey results. The Community Survey question relating to this performance measure focuses on satisfaction with the quality of landscape maintenance along streets and sidewalks. Respondents are asked to rate their satisfaction level with the quality of landscape using a scale of 1 to 5, where 1 means "Very Dissatisfied" and 5 means "Very Satisfied".
