The layer is not complete and does not reflect any City determination about how specific locations should be characterized. Data source is DWW. DIRECT_DISCHARGE_PLGN_PV. Maintained by SPU USM. This layer does not display when zoomed out beyond 1:200,000. Labels are based on the attribute ID.
