This layer displays all the connected and to be connected non-mainline points within the City of Seattle (and the former service area north of the City limits) regardless of ownership. The data source is DWW.non_mainline_pt_pv with the following data query, NMNLPT_LIFECYCLE_CODE IN( 'C' , 'UNK' , 'T' ,'TBC', 'U', 'PC') AND NMNLPT_FEATYPE_CODE <> 'WQS'. The layer is symbolized on the attribute FEATYPE. The labels are based on the attribute FEATYPE. This layer does not display when zoomed out beyond 1:899.
