Dataset Description
The Agency performs ongoing assessments of New York City street pavement. Ratings are based on a scale from 1 to 10, and results are grouped in the following categories:
- Good (%) - ratings of 8.00 to 10
- Fair (%) - ratings of 4.00 to 7.00 (except on local streets where a 7 is good)
- Poor (%) - ratings of 1.00 to 3.00.
Inspectors rate roadway pavement conditions throughout the five boroughs using the scale above.
