Open Greenspace

Open Greenspace as defined by the US EPA and the Trust for Public Lands. Cemeteries containing lawns and heavy vegetation are included while traditional brick or cement cemeteries are not. This layer is partially maintained as the City of New Orleans only has jurisdiction over city-owned parks.
