Monthly energy use metrics for City-owned properties generated by Energy STAR Portfolio Manager (ESPM). Metrics include energy use (electric and gas) and those generated by ESPM: Site EUI (Energy Use Intensity) measured in energy use per square foot, Greenhouse Gas Emissions (Metric Tons CO2e), and Energy STAR Score where available.
