The HDLC Solar Panel Review area layer is created by combining all full-control HDLC districts, both Esplanade Ridge and Treme partial-control districts, and all currently nominated and designated HDLC landmarks within Orleans Parish. Structures within the HDLC Solar Panel Review area require an HDLC review prior to issuing permits for solar panel installation.
