Transform Redevelopment Overlay

The TRO is intended to promote redevelopment that establishes a brand new identity for land use and natural attributes in order to significantly change the area from its current condition. Development principles include mixed-use, green building, grid circulation, higher densities, diversity of housing types, and workforce/affordable housing. The overlay is intended to encourage public and private investment to improve and stimulate the economic vitality and social character of areas within
the TRO.
