Total Effectuated Qualified Health Plan (QHP) Enrollment – Covered CA QHPs

This dataset provides number of Individuals who effectuated their enrollment and had an active policy at the time the enrollment report was compiled. Enrollment is effectuated when an individual pays the first month’s premium for coverage. Covered California reports the effectuated QHP enrollment data from the California Healthcare Eligibility, Enrollment and Retention System (CalHEERS). This dataset is part of public reporting requirements set forth by the California Welfare and Institutions Code 14102.5.
