This service represents the jurisdictional boundaries of Certified Unified Program Agencies (CUPAs) and their associated Participating Agencies (PAs). Each area provides contact and program information for agencies responsible for responding to a hazardous materials incident at a specified location.
This layer is used in the CUPA Boundary Zone Lookup tool which is used to increase efficiency for emergency response teams and address CUPA assignment challenges
