Rochdale Borough Council Trade Union Facility Time

The data shows detail of information relating to the number of staff who are employed by the council and also act as Trade Union Representatives. Union representative means an employee who has been elected or appointed in accordance with the rules of the independent union to be a representative of the union’s members in the council where the union is recognised for collective bargaining purposes. This is equivalent to the term ‘trade union official’.
