North Norfolk Brownfield Land Register

This data set provides a comprehensive list of brownfield sites across the North Norfolk District Council administrative area that are considered suitable for residential development regardless of their planning status.

The data set was produced in accordance with the Town & Country Planning (Brownfield Land Register) Regulations 2017 which introduced a new duty for local planning authorities to prepare, maintain and publish a register of brownfield land (previously developed land) which is suitable for residential development.

The register was first published on 18 December 2017 and must be reviewed and updated at least once a year.
