GP Practice List Sizes

A quarterly reference file of active GP Practices and their list size (number of registered patients) at the start of each quarter.

Local Commissioning Group (LCG) is based on the postcode of the GP Practice.
Note that Practices 473 and 475 are located in the South Eastern Local Commissioning Group (Health Trust) but are managed by the Southern Trust Local Commissioning Group.
