These Key Performance Indicators (KPI) were developed after consultation with UK Service Family Accommodation key stakeholders, including representatives of Service families. The KPIs provide information on various aspects of the strategic and operational performance of Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) Operations Accommodation and the maintenance Housing Prime Contractor (MODern Housing Solutions – MHS). They are issued monthly. In addition, a Statement of Charge KPIs (2012/13) has also been provided below.
