Dataset Description
The aim of the published tables is to provide an explanation of what Defra spends money on. They provide an analysis of departmental expenditure between resource consumption and capital investment.
We have published a correction slip to make 2 corrections. Correction 1: pages 313 to 315, Table 1 – Defra's Resource and Capital Budget contains an administrative error within the 2023-24 outturn column relating to 6 estimate lines within the Resource DEL section and 2 estimate lines within the Resource AME section. Correction 2: page 316, Table 2 – Defra's Administration Costs contains an administrative error within the 2023-24 outturn column relating to 6 estimate lines.
