Christmas Tree Recycling Point

Our Christmas tree recycling points will be open from 2 January to 11 January 2026.

Please note: The City of London will not be collecting Christmas trees on Hampstead Heath again this year. There will also be no site at Camden Gardens or Polygon Road Open Space this year. Please find your nearest alternatives below.

Please remember to remove any decorations from your tree.

Our Christmas tree recycling points are for Camden residents only - do not dump unsold Christmas trees or commercial waste at any site.

Dumping your Christmas tree on the street is illegal and if you are caught you could receive a £1000 on-the-spot fine for fly-tipping. It also makes it difficult for people to get by safely.
