The Mental Health Client-Level Data (MH-CLD) collects patient-level data on the demographic characteristics, diagnoses, provided services, and discharge of clients served by state mental health agencies and their funded service providers.
This dataset contains MH-CLD public-use data for the MH-CLD 2013-2023 period.
