Dataset Description
Number of generalist medical doctors, including family doctors, pediatricians, and other non-specialized physicians, per 10,000 population. Generalist medical doctors, nursing and midwifery personnel, and community health workers are part of the primary health care workforce, which encompasses all occupations formally trained and involved in delivering primary health care such as health promotion, disease prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation. Data presented are the most recent available between 2018 and 2022.
