Residential Property Price Indices (RPPIs) - also named House price indices (HPIs), are index numbers measuring the evolution of residential property prices over time.

Number and value of housing transactions are provided in the same dataset as RPPIs. They are available as quarterly indices and refer to the total number and value of dwellings transactions at national level where the purchaser is a household.
