Debt Transparency Aggregates

The aggregates include two measures of debt data. Gross debt outstanding (USD) comprises the internally calculated outstanding debt by country in US Dollars, while Gross amount of new financing includes the countries’ new financing amount for each year. The aggregates reflect the data available to the OECD and do not intend to reflect exactly the debt situation of the countries included. By clicking on the chosen datapoint, users will be able to see the underlying transactions constituting the aggregates.
