Youths Transferred To Adult Court By Race And Ethnicity (2010–2019)

Definition

The number of youth reported on the JJIS as having jurisdiction
transferred for disposition in the state's adult courts by Direct File,
Waiver, or Indictment.

Race
and ethnicity are identified by the Florida Department of Juvenile
Justice as follows: "White" - alone, non-Hispanic; "Black" - alone, non-Hispanic; "Other" - race alone and two or more races, non-Hispanic; and "Hispanic".
