Definition

The reading performance levels of 3rd graders on the Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers (PARCC).  In 2018, name was changed to Maryland Comprehensive Assessment Program (MCAP)

'Meeting or Exceeding' includes those students who met or exceeded expectations set by Maryland State Department of Education. 'Not Meeting or Exceeding' includes those students who did not yet meet expectations, partially met expectations and approached expectations set by Maryland State Department of Education.
