Visit the Interactive Budget and then select "Enacted"; check All Funds and for Agency check "Chicago State University, Eastern Illinois University, Governors State University, Northeastern Illinois University, Western Illinois University, Illinois State University, Northern Illinois University, Southern Illinois University, of Illinois" and select the most recent Fiscal Year.
