Children (2005–2014)

Definition

Children enrolled in child-care subsidized programs which are funded by state and federal funds to subsidize
low-income parents' purchase of child care. Such child-care subsidies
most commonly take the form of vouchers to clients or direct payments to
providers that offset some or all of the cost of care.
