Data is based on responses by 61% (for 2006) and 63% (for 2007) of students in the territory's four public high schools. Thus, the data are not reflective of all youth in this age group. For example, research shows that out-of-school youth are more likely than youth attending school to engage in the majority of health-risk behaviors. These data also do not reflect differences that may exist between public and private/parochial school students.
