Public Secondary Dropouts, Grades 7 To12 (2000–2025)

Definition

Percent of children enrolled in public schools in 7th to 12th grades inclusively who did not enroll, graduate, report for class at the beginning of the school year, or meet the exclusionary conditions of transfer to another school, suspension, illness or death in the new school year.
