Definition
Pupil/Teacher ratios are based on the total number of students enrolled in Kindergarten throught 12th grade. Teachers include any person assigned to the school as a "regular classroom teacher". This excludes preschool teachers and special education teachers, guidance counselors, library specialist, etc. Does not include Charter schools
