Definition

Number of children only who are eligible for the Minnesota Family Investment Program. Data through 2018 represents the number of cases in December
of that year found in published reports from the Minnesota Department
of Human Services.

Data for 2019 and later represents the average monthly case
load over the relevant fiscal year (for example, 2019 data is an average of
cases during months in fiscal year 2019 which runs from July 2019 through June
2020).
