Pre-Kindergarten (2012–2024)

Definition

Pre-Kindergarten and 4-year-old At Risk Programs is the percent of public elementary schools that offer Pre-Kindergaten or 4-year-old At-Risk program five days a week. Public non-elementary buildings with such programs are also included in the numerator and the denominator.
