Definition
The number and percent of public school students who are identified as having limited English proficiency because their primary language is not English. Totals for counties include charters except for the virtual and adult schools.

Indiana Department of Education.
Notes
County aggregates for SY 2006 and beyond calculated by the Indiana Youth Institute using school corporation's respective county locations from IDOE data.
for 2005 and before was analyzed by Indiana Business Research Center.
