This indicator shows the average monthly number and percentage of Iowans receiving Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits during the state fiscal year (July 1-June 30).

(Percentage is calculated using SNAP enrollment data from Iowa HHS and population data from the U.S. Census Bureau, Population Division.)
