Definition

Total, unduplicated number of participants in WIC during the federal fiscal year. Participants include infants, children, and pregnant or postpartum women.

GEOGRAPHY - Data reflect the participants place of residence.

DATE - Data is for the federal fiscal year (October 1 to September 30).

NOTE - County data does not sum to statewide totals as some participants are not matched to a county, or are matched to a county outside of Montana. Counties with fewer than 5 participants are not reported to protect confidentiality.
