Definition

This indicator reports the percentage of students who have missed at least 10 percent of the total number of days enrolled in a single school year, for any reason. Pre-kindergarten students are excluded from this calculation.

Notes

The percentages of students meeting or exceeding goals were summarized from State Department of Education reports. Counts of 20 or fewer—excluding zero—were suppressed by the Department, as were percentages generated from suppressed counts.
