This dataset presents the number of vehicles by average speed over a 15-minute interval. The data presented describes how many vehicles passed through each piece of equipment within each time and speed range. For example: Between 08:00 and 08:15, at equipment 022, a total of 60 vehicles passed between 0-10 km/h, and between 10 km/h and 20 km/h, a total of 67 vehicles passed.
