Which draft class is most productive? Which picks order has bust most?
Dataset Description
GSW traded James Wiseman. He was no2 pick, while Melo was no3. so, I wonder is there any tendencies that no2 pick has been worse player than no3 pick? like, Sam Bowie in 84(he selected before Jordan), Milicic in 2003(selected before Melo Anthony). So I collected data of top3 picks in the NBA draft from 1984 to 2009(almost every players have ended their career).
