open: stock start price on that day
high: stock high price on that day
low: stock low price on that day
close: stock closing price on that day
volume: No. of share traded on that day

The adjusted prices takes into account all the factors that may have affected the stock price after the market hours. The adjusted closing price is a better tool to analyze the historical returns of a stock.
