United Kingdom House Price Index

The UK House Price Index provides monthly data on house prices across the United Kingdom. It includes average prices, index values, and percentage changes for over 400 areas, covering England and Wales (from 1995), Scotland (from 2004), and Northern Ireland (from 2005). The dataset is updated monthly by HM Land Registry and is the official National Statistic for measuring UK house price inflation. The UK HPI dataset on data.gov.uk is licensed under the Open Government Licence
