Lottery Mega Millions Winning Numbers

This is data for the Mega Millions lottery drawings from 2002 through 2023. It contains the following columns:

Date - The date of the lottery drawing.

Winning Numbers - The 5 winning numbers drawn that day, sorted in ascending order.

Mega Ball - The Mega Ball number drawn that day. This is the 6th number drawn in each drawing.

Multiplier - The multiplier for that drawing, which increases non-jackpot prizes. Usually this is 2x or 3x.

This dataset provides the complete results for all Mega Millions drawings during this time period. It can be used to analyze winning number frequencies, combinations, trends over time, and other lottery statistics. The inclusion of the multiplier allows calculating the non-jackpot prizes for each drawing. Overall it appears to be a clean and well-structured record of Mega Millions results.
