- Invalid numeric values, e.g. bond auction (4.31|2.3), vote (pass / No / 0-5-4), etc.
Notes:
- datetime is in UTC.
- Time of 'All Day', 'Day n', 'Tentative', 'n Data' are assumed to be 00:00.
- Values of '<0.25', etc. are assumed to be the value of the range, i.e. 0.25 in this case.
